实习手记
我实习的部门是人民日报人民网评论部的观点频道。观点频道的栏目主要有人民时评（被誉为网上第一评）、人民视点、网友说话、网友文集、观点碰撞、评论靶子、报系观点、媒体言论、一语惊人、网友留言等栏目，主打时政类评论和社会热点评论。
实习第一天，花了三个小时完成了主编给的突击任务，完成了第一篇评论文章《透过中海油收购尤先科看美国政治(教学案例，试卷，课件，教案)》，开始了我的实习生涯。
其后，我每天的常规工作是要在尽量快的时间内，浏览人民日报报系（包括人民日报，人民日报海外版，华东新闻，华南新闻，江南时报，市场报等）的电子版的评论文章，或是浏览阅读20多份国内报系以外的其他报纸（包括中国青年报、光明日报、工人日报、文汇报、各省市自治区的日报、晚报、都市报等），把这些纸质媒体上的好的评论文章转录到人民网编辑录入流程系统中的“报系言论”或是“媒体言论”栏目中去；每篇文章按照人民网的统一格式编辑完以后，要根据文章的内容起一个标题。因为在报纸上，读者是同时看到标题和文章的，而在网络媒体的页面上，受众首先看到的只是标题，只有标题吸引人，受众才会点击这篇文章。所以网络媒体的对标题的要求比报纸的要求会高一些，因此，编辑要着重修改每篇文章的标题。
录完这些之后，差不多已经是午后。根据主编当天的安排，会把当日报系或者报系外媒体比较出彩，预测点击率会高的十几篇来自各大报纸的评论做成集粹。我做过的集粹有《为什么休闲多的人反而富有》《大国的标准是什么》《港大拒录"状元":未必就是素质教育》《是招商还是为“红顶商人”招魂？》《再筑一堵封闭大学的墙？》《发掘武则天墓为何要留待后人》《“面子工程”买不来“求职门票”》 《解读乞丐乡 他们为何愿做乞丐?》《同是做官的，差距咋就恁大呢？》等。
同时，我负责策划和制作了“评论靶子”和“一语惊人”栏目几期专题。其中“评论靶子”有：《警察权力有多大，农民屈死看守所》《"七月流火"啥意思?人大校长引错典》《杨澜被疑“裸捐”，冤不冤？》《多少抗日遗址被拆？谁在忘记历史(教学案例，试卷，课件，教案)》《女大学生可以结婚为啥不能怀孕》等；“一语惊人”有：《声音：围观群众：快点过来啊，又扔钱了！》《声音：小崔:很多主持人光明正大参加商业活动》《声音：某村村民：村干部依靠权力，疯狂捞钱》等。
在人民网实习期间，最充分感受到的就是网络媒体的互动性和人民网的影响力。就我所在的观点频道而言，每天就能收到200多封网友来信。我第一次策划专题的时候，主编说：你看着，当你下个星期回来，会有好多网友给你留言的。当过完周末打开电脑的时候，满满的十页的留言，那种成就感是可能在报纸上发表文章是体会不到的。
最让我激动的一次就是能够出外采访，在我的印象中，网络媒体只有发布权。主编告诉我，如果自己有一些想法，可以上报选题，选题会通过以后，就可以开始独立策划一些项目，也可以外出采访。和我在一起实习的是中国传媒大学的研究生，我和她一起就当前备受关注的高等教育等诸多问题，策划了几期“人民视点”。在我的主动争取下，主编同意我以人民网实习记者的身份外出采访。出来乍到，连北京的路都还没有摸熟，对着地图，在北京高校几个朋友的帮助下，花了一个白天时间走访了北大清华北航等六所北京海淀区的高校，晚上回到宿舍已经是疲惫不堪。虽然这类稿件实效性不是非常强，而且主编也没有要求第二天一定要出稿，不过觉得我还是要熬夜，尽快把它写出来。第二天当我把稿子《中国高校怎么了?学子谈高教》交给主编的时候，得到了主编的认可。更没想到的是，这几期人民视点受到了教育部的重视。
作为实习责任编辑，通过一个月来深入接触过网络媒体，我深刻地感受到原来做网络编辑远远超过我所认为的Ctrl+C（复制）和Ctrl+V（粘贴）。网络媒体，尤其是网络评论相较与传统媒体，其受众的反馈更为直接。许多的网友的留言和文章言辞颇为激烈，针砭时弊，揭示问题。编辑所发的每一篇，都有点击量可以去衡量。在主编和值班编辑的指导下，加上自己的摸索和体会，我慢慢地有了一定的编辑经验：如果话题是新近发生能够引起注意事实或关注热点的评论，，加之较强的时效性的文章，才会有很高点击率。标题要点出能吸引人的关键词，但又不能太直白，否则网友一看就知道要说什么，也就不点开看。
说起来很容易，可是真的要做到文出必有人点击，实在是太难。有经验的编辑一出文章，点击率就“巨高”（值班编辑对编辑的最高的夸奖），有时候为了一个好题目，需要琢磨很久。
实习结束的时候，主编对我说了一番话，把我在人民网评论部实习的心得都点了出来：做舆论引导工作其实很复杂，得让网友进来看你的稿，然后才能谈得上引导。高高在上的教导，说网友不关心或者根本不看的话题。对那么多网友，还要对上，也有访问量压力。一定要懂得把握，知道国情，国民的心态，这很重要。
在实习的这一段时间里，每天都很辛苦，有时为了完成选题，要加班到七八点钟。但辛苦的同时也得到了许多难得的经验，同时也出了一些自己策划，采写，编辑的作品，大致整理了一下，附在下文。
