Desert Island（荒岛）

作文：Desert Island（荒岛）

It was a Saturday morning, and the weather was nice. My friends and I went to a beach by ship, because we wanted to travel there.
In the beginning, the weather was very good, but suddenly it began to rain heavily and storm terribly. Everyone thought our ship was sinking. Therefore, we had to swim. Then we saw a beautiful island. We were very happy, so we swam as fast we could to the island. After a while, we arrived and climbed on to the island.
There were a lot of palm trees, white clouds and blue water around us. We built our shelter there. Then everyone was hungry, so we went to find some animals, wild vegetables and fruit for lunch. Two of us cooked for everybody. We all ate very quickly and we drank coconut milk when we were thirsty. On our way home, there were terrible storms and pouring rain. Everyone was still happy though, because we were finally back home.
The experience was not horrible. We all enjoyed ourselves a lot. I will never forget it in the rest of my life, because I have seen the most beautiful island, "Formosa."
